To report lost or stolen ATM or Debit card:

For ATM and Debit cards: During regular business hours, call the bank at (773) 847-7747 and ask to speak to a Personal Banker.

For Debit cards only: When the bank is closed, call (800) 472-3272. If you would like to order a new card, you will then need to call the bank at (773) 847-7747 during regular business hours and speak to a Personal Banker.
